ROOKIES PRICES

Since the last agrement between players and Clubs Owners, each First Round Rookie has a guaranted contract for 3 years (if he signs it !!). So, the cost for those players is easy to know. His contract divided by 3. For the #31 to #60, I took 20 000 $ from the previous player.
The rookies not picked in the 2 rounds of rookies-picks cost 300 000 $.

Caution
You can draft any player who did not play last year in NBA.
Just check if he has signed a contract ! (see Stats and Trades)
